At Diamondback we go out of our way to keep you as a customer for life, and your safety is our business. As Australia’s largest supplier of bicycle helmets, we not only guarantee our quality, we back our helmets with our Lifetime Helmet Replacement Policy.

So if your helmet is substantially damaged in an actual cycling accident, you can apply for a replacement helmet.

How to do it

  1. When you buy your helmet, register it at diamondback.com.au/register
  2. Simply return your damaged helmet to Diamondback accompanied by:
    1. Cheque or money order for $7.00 to cover cost of return freight (Do NOT send cash). Please make cheque payable to : Sheppards Cycles. EFT payments can be made also, please contact our customer service call centre. 
    2. Include a written detailed description of the accident that caused the damage to your helmet.
    3. Please include your contact details:

NOTE: By examining damaged helmets involved in accidents, we can continually improve the way they work.

General wear and tear, cosmetic/non-structural damage or damage caused through other activities such as skating are excluded from the Lifetime Helmet Replacement Guarantee. Every batch of helmets is tested before they are released into the marketplace.
